Heron Nuts Project Management was founded in 2020 by Dirk Schaefer and Inna Stoyanova on the Heron Nuts Investment Strategy to provide families, private individuals and institutional clients with future-oriented, innovative and intergenerational advice to securing their assets. 

We focus on independent consulting services for investments in agricultural and forestry real estate and corporate participations in Spain as investment location. 

We provide a comprehensive and personalized advice to tailor each of our clients' needs. Every client is advised in accordance with our own guidelines for excellence, and all services provided by Heron Nuts Project Management are subject to these principles. 

HERON  NUTS

Heron Nuts was founded in 2012 by Dirk Schaefer and Inna Stoyanova to ensure the safety of family assets in an innovative, intergenerational and future-oriented way. 

We initially focused on an Alternative Investment consisting of planning, development and operation of an agroforestry walnut plantation in Ukraine as investment location. 

In our view, agricultural land is an increasingly valuable asset. Steady population growth and rising prosperity make it difficult to supply the population´s demand for agricultural goods. In order to meet this growing demand, agricultural production must be greatly increased. At the same time, urbanization and infrastructure development, water scarcity and soil erosion lead to the loss of arable land.
